Chronic Ischemic Neuropathy - Case Report -

Abstract
Atherosclerotic peripheral arterial disease (PAD) of the lower extremities is common, affecting up to 20% of the elderly. Some patients with PAD have mild weakness and sensory disturbance in their affecting leg(s) suggesting persistent neuromuscular dysfunction. We recently experienced a case of chronic ischemic neuropathy who was mimicking S1 radiculopathy.
