The etiology ofMo¨bius syndrome is multifactorial and several determinants have been suggested, including genetic, ischemic and infectious factors. The exposure of toxic materials during pregnancy has been implicated inrare cases. We introduced a case of Mo¨bius syndrome. We have observed the brainstem calcifications atthe level of the pons on computed tomography and bilateral facial neuropathy on electrophysiologicaltest.
