Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in a Patient with Holt Oram Syndrome
Abstract
Holt Oram syndrome is rare genetic disorder showing anomaly at the heart and hand. A 42-year-old female who was suspected to have Holt Oram syndrome after cardiac operation for congenital defect, has suffered from paresthesia of the deformed hand. She was confirmed to have CTS by electrodiagnosis and ultrasonography. We report a case of Carpal tunnel syndrome in a deformed hand of a patient with Holt Oram syndrome.
