Cardinal Rules of EMG 5: Always Think about the Clinical- Electrophysiological Correlation
Abstract
EMGists always have to think about the clinical-electrophysiological correlation because electrophysiological studies are only extensions of neurological examination. I want to tell this with special emphasis showing a case with multiple neurogenic tumors in the spinal canal, misdiagnosed as Guillain-Barre syndrome at first.
