Abstract

This article is a summary of the Korean Association of EMG & Electrodiagnostic Medicine guidelines for electrodiagnosis of diabetic sensory and motor polyneuropathy. This provides useful information for evaluating diabetic sensory and motor polyneuropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus, which may be used by electromyographers or clinicians. The guidelines contain evidences and recommendations on the electrodiagnostic testing for the evaluation of diabetic sensory and motor polyneuropathy.
