Abstract |
We present a patient of Lamber-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) with small cell lung cancer recurred as metastatic brain tumor after one year of remission. This is a case of remitted LEMS by chemotherapy with regardless of tumor recurrence. Though it is difficult to interpret due to the rarity, LEMS can be the initial and transient finding in the natural course of small cell lung cancer. |
